如何设计电子衡器防雷击系统

电子衡器在露天工作时,遇到雷雨天气,受到雷击,会对衡器造成很大的破坏。雷电是一种常见的自然现象,而有些电子衡器必须在露天的环境下工作,面对这种情况,电子衡器如何防雷击也就显得很重要,按现代防雷技术的要求,建立“综合防护、系统防护、逐级限压”的全面防护的感念,下面就是设计方案:
1.                对传感器、二次仪表等电子衡器整体的各个部分,作特殊的等电位防雷保护
2.                切断传感器弹性体与秤台的电气通道,另外提供电流的泄放通道
3.                供电系统做多级防雷保护
4.                在秤台周围构建包括秤台基础在内的防雷接地网,整个系统在秤台附近单接地
5.                安装雷电记录仪,对电子衡器防雷系统作实时检测
本系统采取了“防护、综合治理、层层设防”的设计方法,所以它具有规范性、可靠性和*性。
