1、安装称重传感器的底座平板

2、安装秤台

安装承重台的关键是控制称重传感器受力点对角线尺寸（±4mm），以及中心线为基线左右偏差（±1.5mm）和前后偏差（±2mm）.调整纵、横防撞螺栓，使其同止动板（限位架）间隙为2~3mm，承重台在水平方向上能自由摆动。

千斤顶应放置在称重传感器托附近角钢下面，然后缓慢生气千斤顶。组装承台时底下铺好垫木，横梁按编号对应主梁的位置用螺栓紧好，然后再装好副梁。

3、安装称重传感器

用四个千斤顶将承重台定住，将传感器安装于底座平板上，将承重台的钢球碗装好，再将钢球放入称重传感器晚内，然后轻轻施放一边的千斤顶，将承重台缓缓落下，同时观察上、下是否垂直。

将称重传感器电缆通过导线管接入接线盒，并正确连接，检查无误后再用电缆与称重显示控制器相连接，接线盒内传感器的电缆粘贴标签（放置在线盒内），标签号与传感器本体签号应一致。
