我公司引进欧洲高科技阀门制造技术所生产的弹性座封闸阀，利用闸板整体包胶产生弹性变形的补偿作用达到良好的密封效果，克服了一般闸阀密封不良、漏水和生锈的现象，更有效的节约安装空间。可广泛应用于自来水、污水、建筑、石油、化工、食品、医药、轻纺、电力、船舶、冶金、能源系统等流体管线上作为调节和截流装置使用。
产品特点
1重量轻：本阀采用树脂砂造型球墨铸铁材料制成，强度高，体积小，重量较传统闸阀重量减轻约20%~30%，安装维修方便。
2平底式阀座：传统的闸阀通常是凹陷式阀座，增大了流体阻力，且易堆积焊渣、石块、泥沙等杂物，不利于密封和流面。而本公司生产的弹性座封闸阀采用平底式全流域直通式设计，相当一直管道，有效地解决了传统闸阀的缺陷问题。
3耐腐蚀：阀体内外表面采用粉体环氧树脂涂装，内件采用不锈钢或铜合金可防止阀体的腐蚀及生锈，并可用于污水系统及地下恶劣环境。
4不易破碎：以往传统铸铁闸阀常因外物冲击、碰撞或中压造成断裂等现象。由于本体改用球墨铸铁，此种情形可大幅度减少。
5有助生饮：由于本阀体内部采用以无毒性环氧树脂涂装，阀瓣的内外表面均以橡胶*披覆而不至于出现锈水或腐蚀现象，可供生饮。
